Warsop Age Concern aims to support the older generation of Warsop Parish to have an active social life. Day trips to a variety of destinations are run throughout the year. At Christmas, a free lunch is provided for 125 older people with free transport, entertainment and a free raffle.
A drop-in is open 9am to 12noon 5 days a week. New members are welcome. A bus runs to collect members – there is a £1 each way charge.
We have a charity shop on Burns Lane and run a stall at Warsop Carnival to raise funds.
Find us at: Friendship House, 14 High Street, Market Warsop, Nottinghamshire, NG20 0AG

All the money raised in the drop-in centre and café and at Warsop Age Concern’s Charity Shop at 39b High Street goes towards supporting these activities and keeping prices affordable. There is also a disability aids loan scheme for wheelchairs and walking aids. Warsop Age Concern is run entirely by volunteers. If you are interested in getting involved, please call in for a chat.
